Cashier Victoria totally lied straight to my face. I went in 15 minutes before close to do a return (annoying, yes I know but business hours are business hours) she told me that her system wouldnt allow returns since they close in fifteen minutes. I work in retail and know thats just simply not how that works. I proceeded to explain that I know better, she offered to step to the back to call her manager to ask for approval to do the return. So I wait a couple minutes she comes back out and tells me she will just do the return anyway and that her manager didnt answer. Interesting consider she originally said the system wouldnt let her.. Super unprofessional and not costumer first oriented.

Went in today, the girl working the counter really could benefit from a calculator. She wouldnt honor the price on the tag even though all of the items had the same price, instead doubled it and said because corporate has it wrong in her system its the best she could do which makes no sense at all.

Had no understanding for my situation. Girl in the brown bob didn't say a word to me after I signed off on the returns. Will not be shopping here again.
