Great selection and nice clothes. The manager is horrible and snotty to everyone. The store manager Ben is rude and a crook, won't shop there for such horrible service. Granted Ben the store manager always smells like a brewery and beats his wife from drinking tequilla constantly. Like wow 5 oclock somewhere right, yikes Way too marked up in prices. Boot Barn is a lot more selection and cost worthy

Great experience and atmosphere. They always have some kind of sale going on which is nice. Alexis took time out of her day to leave the front desk and assist me with my work boot search, which was greatly appreciated. She was very polite, professional and helpful in finding me different varieties of boots to try on till we found the best fit. If you need some work wear, or western wear in general, this is your one stop shop. Thanks guys

The good Prices aren't extremely unreasonable Staff are helpful Store is well-lit and clean Plenty of parking The bad They don't carry enough in plus sizes. Yes, I get it. I need to lose weight. I still have to wear clothes. Out of the 30 racks of clothing for women, only one had plus size clothing. There were only eight pair of jeans over a size 14. They don't have work boots for women. I like cowboy boots, but I needed work boots. They didn't have wide shoes for women. I have wide feet. I go barefoot most often and that widens out your toe box. The sales people are quick to recommend the most expensive item on the shelf. I'm guessing they work on commission. If not, they need to be getting bonuses on the regular. I do like that they offer a military discount. I don't ask for one because my family doesn't serve this nation hoping for a handout. But if it's offered, I'll take it because we try to be wise with our budget. They ought to sell bottles of water. I was there for over an hour and a half shopping and I really got thirsty. Then again, if I go to a store and spend $1,000 I typically am given a bottle of water. Again, I would buy it if they sold it.
