FirstBank

It was my son's birthday and he went to make a deposit inside First Bank, 5815 Constitution Ave in Colorado Springs, CO. My son is African American and he was immediately told by their security officer to remove his hat (it was a baseball hat) and to look into the camera! Everyone was looking at him! My son asked what was going on and he never got an answer, but was told again by the security officer to remove his hat and to look into the camera! My said, "I don't know what's going on." My son said he then saw the security officer reach for something, but my son said he didn't want to look and didn't look to see what the security officer reached for or what his hand was resting on or holding. So my son then removed his hat and looked into the camera and only then was he allowed to make his deposit! My son asked the teller what was going on and still wasn't told what was going on. My son made his deposit and on the way out the same security officer told my son to have a nice day.....really after being humiliated and treated like a criminal?? Are all customers treated this poorly and humiliated when coming inside this bank?? I think not or they wouldn't have any customers. This experience totally ruined my son's mood to enjoy his birthday. What the heck is going on at this bank???
