All of the staff are very nice I was talking to Kaelen about my battery gone bad it was leaking acid out the side from long life and use i guess. Anyways she helped me out with choosing the right battery she wasnt tryna scam me or nothing (I've had problems with some shops just scamming me to come back and spend more money then needed) she got me the right part i needed for my 2013 Chevy Impala. She was very polite and respectful and I enjoyed talking with her great employee.
