Caliber Collision

This particular Caliber Collision location ONLY TAKES INSURANCE CLAIMS because of their preference not corporate policy, as they will try to tell you. If you call other Caliber Collisions in the area, they will do repairs for INSURANCE claims and OUT OF POCKET claims. It is NOT corporate policy that Caliber Collision only does Insurance Claim Repairs. When I called another Caliber Collision, they told me this Caliber Collision dumps their Out of Pocket Claims on other Caliber Collisions in the surrounding area. So please be mindful of this when calling this location.

Caliber is very good at communicating the repair process, and date it will be done. I appreciate them sending a driver to pick me up and take me to get my car when it was done.

Jen who did my appraisal and my estimate plus answered many questions that I had did a spectacular job and was very patient with me. She's very empathetic about the situation and took care of every one of my needs. Kimberly in the office was also very kind and informative and whoever did the body work in the shop did a spectacular job as well. Thank you so much to Caliber Collision, for making a bad situation actually turn out really really well.
