The staff was wonderful and the experience changed my life. If you have family in any nursing home call them. Ive tried sending my angel to ms marcellas daughter several times. The activities are excellent.

Horrible place. Unprofessional, non-caring staff. I'm expecting their "form response...I'm sorry about your experience please call us" which would continue to prove their uncaring nature. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They dont answer the door they dont answer the phone. My uncle was there for 3 days and came home with the same clothes he went in. Horrible communication and care. Dont take your loved one there.

Extremely bad experience. Do not take your loved ones here. My brother had a form of depressive schizophrenia- they treated him and show cause of death as vascular dementia which has similar symptoms and let him die of malnutrition! I had medical power of attorney and they never consulted me once on his treatment. They also stole all of his belongings and my 42inch television I gave him " oh he gave it away ". An outright lie since I told them I was coming to pick all of it up . And to top it off they told me I couldn't have his ashes if I didn't pay !!!! He was on medicaid which covers funeral costs. These are really bad people.

If it wasn't for 1 new person here that actually tried help, I'd give it 0 stars! My father has been here for a little over a month. Every person I talk to gave me contradicting Information. Jamie had me on hold as she said she had someone in the office, put me on hold for 10min then hung up the phone. Called back multiple times to be told she left the office for the day. They refused to let my father go to his primary doctor that he had an appt with who he had seen a couple times since being there. They refused to let him go to the store with a friend. I called to speak to a manager or someone higher up and they placed me on hold for over 20 minutes. If you care about your loved one, definitely don't have them go here. My father said he feels like he's in jail and he'd rather be dead than be here so if that tells you anything about this place
