We were told "there would be plenty " 4 bedrooms when we arrived from NC . We were hesitant because we really needed a place to call home for a little while. and insisted we would absolutely get one with all that were being built. Well we got all the way from NC and of course just as we thought there were "none available" . We explained the situation then we were told or there might be 1 or 2 left? Until may... We clearly interrupted lunch. So I asked if we could tour and rudely took us on a quick tour and we asked if the one we toured wpuld be the one we were in she said "I don't have them memorized. You're not the renters. we were apprehensive being on the 2nd floor with 3 kids and a bad hip and ankle. And she said actually that's the only one left. So it went from having several and many more being built to 2- 4 br left to NONE ? Angie was her name (the director?)she was extremely rude and said if it was what we wanted it would be on the second floor , I said so there are not 2 available... she said nope and you want this one you have til 330 pm or it's going to be gone. She was very dismissive since the second we walked in. Sorry we interrupted your lunch but if your the director- that's what you signed up for. We called several times to set up and appointment but since we never heard back... we just went in. We left feeling very uncomfortable about her unprofessional behavior and she was looking at every reason for us not to rent there. The questions and rebuttals we git were full of assumptions. "You know we're income restricted right?" "We'll of your here for work you probably make too much" "You can't have assets over 5k" "You will have to prove you don't make too much and it's a long process" And much more but clearly trying to talk us out of it. Where was she getting this from? I'll take it as a compliment because clearly we don't look like we're going through as much as we have been for the last 2 years but the whole situation was a rush of awkward discomfort and disappointing Especially to hear she was the director? Very bothersome. I'll trust God has a better plan then there and a better view than a wall and forced to the 2nd floor . And hopefully more welcoming Maybe I just caught her on a bad day and at lunch but considering we uprooted our family of 5 , moved across country with the expectation we were welcome there to then - this experience... and left settling for this treatment or find somewhere else... somewhere else it is devastating to say the least. Hope others had a much better experience I initially wrote of how excited we were and the good experience we had but that all changed in person. As a manager and business owner never wpuld I be okay treating others like that nor abusing a senior role like that. Let's build eachother up in these tough times not break eachother down. . . Good luck to the rest.

Im never one to write reviews, especially being 18 yrs old I have way better things to do with my time. But after my experience with the leasing office I feel compelled to write one just to fill others in and help save them some time. First and foremost, my roommates and I were in week 6 of waiting for compliance to have a response. The rare occasion that they did have a response for us was for something that was already submitted on our end. If you need to get into somewhere quick as in an emergency, they simply do not care and will not help you out whatsoever. Luckily, a new apartment opened up and got us in the same day! Made this place look like a joke, just wasting time and peoples application fees. Also, all of our employers thought their verification emails were a scam. Goes to show how unorganized and unprofessional this business really is. The staff was unwelcoming and each time I came into to try and receive an update, I got a look like its him again

The absolute worst staff to help get the apartment she messed up the numbers BY 20 THOUSAND for annual pay and said we can't move because we make to much money and we dont weve checked multiple times! now I have to wait another Few months to move somewhere else because she doesn't know a 5th grade skill. I've seen 12 year olds do math better than her Never move here unless someone better is helping you getting the process to move there because the apartments seem good but it was that ONE person that messed it up.
