Ive loved my experience at The Plaza! The staff is amazing and the coffee machine so yummmy! I leased here mostly for the gym :)

My husband and I love it here. The amenities really set this place apart from other apartments we considered when moving to the Springs. They have a lot of different activities that they host each month along with food trucks every week. The gym is incredible for an apartment and includes everything you need to get a good workout in. The dog park is also another thing that my husband and I love about this place.

Weve been at the Plaza since they opened and the team has been incredible in every way! They genuinely care about the residents and their pets, and respond quickly to questions/requests. Super pet friendly which is hard to find these days. 10/10!
