        Almost perfect! We looked at quite a few apartment complexes in the area and I'm 100% grateful that we chose The Overlook. Well built, clean, and very sound-insulated units. Respectful and kind neighbors. Prompt and attentive staff. Fun/helpful community events. I wish the pool policy had not changed mid-lease on us and that the pool hours and dog wash hours were less restrictive.

        They always have fun little events in the game room!! From Grocery Bingo to Valentines Flower Bar. So much fun!

        I have lived here for about a year and this place is amazing! They do frequent cool gatherings in the clubhouse, the most recent one was a flower bar and date night box making for valentines!! So cool!
