    This place is a scam! You apply for an apartment and they charge your credit for moving in and all even though we didn't step foot in an apartment. Didn't even put down a deposit or anything! Please don't apply to this place and report to the BBB!

    We signed a contract, paid the deposit and everything in full, for a unit, the time came and they said the unit wasn't ready and wouldn't be for months. They couldn't even offer an equivalent one to move into temporarily. They then offered a refund, it's been 2 months now, and we still don't have our $1,300 refund. We have called nearly every day and written them at all the emails they communicated through when we were signing and have not received a single response for the past 2 months. I will continue to leave a message every day with their leasing office until I get a response. However, I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this place.

    I have been without hot water during the worst snow storm in years for 48 hours- unable to reach any onsite staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE - it is not worth it. You will have no peace of mind or sense of safety.

    The worst place to live at to be honest. Full of roaches and neighbors had mice the apartments stink lived there for a year and management was complete trash. They wouldnt take care of anything and anytime you walked into the office Cynthia had an attitude. New management might be different though. When my lease ended Cynthia messed up my refund after several emails and me walking in, nothing got solved. I finally got a hold of the old property manager Elizabeth Watson. She showed me a detailed statement of my refund which I never received and she couldnt refund me the rest of my money. I had to send Cynthia a receipt of the drip pans I bought yet they still took it from my deposit and didnt return my money. Ms Elizabeth Watson said I would be receiving a check from new management . I called in and they have new clue what Im talking about. So to who ever reviews these reviews PLEASE contact me ! Id like to get an answer as to why yall steal peoples money and think its okay ??

    I was certainly hasty in my initial assessment of this company. CMS Multifamily has just let me go without heat for days while it was below freezing, and then today, when I asked them about this situation, they tell me to be patient, because TODAY it is almost 60 degrees outside. I've had maintenance requests in for them to deal with a growing mold problem for months, and they literally don't care. The unit above me was leaking so badly that my bathroom DOORWAY was actually leaking. Who has ever heard of a doorway leak? They finally fixed the leak, never cared to do anything about the damage it caused. The lady at the front desk is an absolute gem, exactly the right type of person you want in that spot. Past that, she seems to be supported by people that just don't care at all. When you're told to keep being patient and that it's not cold RIGHT NOW, despite the fact that it's going to be 35 degrees tonight, and has been colder the past nights, it sure isn't a fun pill to swallow. But, that's what you seem to get anymore these days. This Area manager even had the audacity to tell me I had an attitude when I was speaking to her perfectly calmly about her complete lack of care. She told me that my heat would be fixed this morning, then got upset with me for the fact that they refused to do this on the timeframe THEY stated, and couldn't even be bothered to communicate that to me. Now my best hope is for heat TOMORROW, because get this... it's not cold during the day, and so that should be good enough... Truly pathetic, and if I had the exact same problems I had with AMC, I have no doubt right now that this manager would handle it with the exact same lack of grace. She even tried to claim that I HAD to report this as an emergency in order to get it handled at all, despite the fact that I was fine with the report for it going in on the first business day and not the day I actually reported the issue. AND despite the fact that CMS Multifamily has NEVER provided us a way to contact an emergency service line. Seriously trying to skirt around the legal responsibility that they have to provide HEAT to tenants during WINTER.... Keep in mind, I have patience in spades, as I'm perfectly fine with things being done so long as they are being acknowledged. When the temporary maintenance crew was in place, I waited patiently for someone to handle the mold problem. Now that entire team has come and gone, still mold, still cracks in the wall, still waiting.... and the main issue that was brought up wasn't even related to this again, it was related to heat, because it's been below freezing......... She also made it very clear that CMS is fine with a tenant going a full 96 hours without heat in winter while it's dropping below freezing every night. Then getting annoyed that I was pushing to ensure this actually happened, even though she just made it clear that was the only way anything would actually get done... Pathetic. I will now spend over a week without any heat, despite this being a violation of the law, and when trying to speak to anyone beyond the front desk lady, nobody at this company cares, and some even find it funny and think that giving the tiniest space heater possible absolves them of a requirement to a habitable unit.
