Would definitely recommend someone to live here. Ive been here for almost a year now and its been a great experience. The maintenance answers you immediately, although Ive hardly had any maintenance issues. The manager Amanda is phenomenal. Shes very patient and understanding definitely a place Id recommend to someone else!

Ive been here almost a decade, and really have no serious complaints. Management and maintenance are response when needed. Grounds are fairly well maintained, and for a complex built in the 70s, its held up pretty well.

I have worked with Amanda at the property management for a while now and I just wanted to express how professional helpful and prompt she has been. I highly recommend this property!

Ive seen a few Manager + Maintenance teams here - the past ones being sub par at best with their responses to Requests for Maintenance & their lack of diligence getting the pool open during summer. In 2023 we have what I call the A.R.T. Team of Exceptional Management - Amanda, Randy & Terrance. As I move on to owning my own property I realize just how awesome a team they are and I know will continue to be. Amanda is amazing - I can only hope to have a manager like her in my rental properties some day! She is able to deal with the Corporate rules she must follow (despite anyones belief that the Rules were created by her - they werent, she is just doing her job yall) with the many demands of the hundreds of tenants that live here and other Corporate owned properties with poise, respect and calm demeanor. Amanda is worth more than she is probably getting paid but thats none of my business. If youre considering being a tenant here, its time to submit your application!

Lived here for 4 years, it's gone downhill in the last 2. Even after continued attempts, it wasn't until the end of the month my lease expired that I got a new agreement which increased dramatically for no reason (nothing has been updated). The playground has gotten worse over time, the weight room has gotten better... The new office manager plays favorites, she's great if she likes you and terrible if not. New charges crept onto my rent bill beginning of the year, system error is the only response they give for it. This place has gone down in quality while increasing in cost.
