Visited several times over a week for a backyard landscaping project. The first visit Barbara was of a great help in getting me started and making a few suggestions. I spent 3 hours and selected about 1/3 of my plants. Went home and researched further and went back again. Barbara wasn't there and I interacted with the other woman. I will try to put this in the gentlest way possible, she is not a customer service person. I changed my mind on some of the plants I had on hold from day one and she was greatly bothered by this. Yet I would guess homeowners change their mind on plants for a big project every single day? I went back a third day to finish all my selections for my contractor to pick up. And noticed that anytime people came she would disappear to the other side of the nursery. I'm sure she's a plant whisperer, just not great with people. They do have a nice selection of plants. Just know you'll be there awhile figuring out what's what, and plan to do it all yourself including moving the plants that you want.
