        Terrible customer service. Drove over an hour to make a return and the store had a sign on it saying they would close at 2:30 due to weather. At 2:20 I arrived and the employees said they cant let anyone in and that they were already closed. Employee was not understanding at all. Would not shop here!

        I agree with almost all of these reviews in that customer service here is completely awful. I didnt get the associates name who I dealt with but she was extremely rude and combative. I like the loft but I would 100 percent avoid this location.
