        Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app and used a buy one get one free coupon. After clicking on the coupon the app gave me a list of participating locations I could order at. I order AND pay for the food an hour in advance since I was picking it up during my lunch break. I get in and the owner said he cant and wont make the sandwiches unless I pay full price. I show them I already paid, and they still refuse saying they are voiding the order I already paid for and will not make any exceptions. I tell them Im in a hurry and that I only came here because of the coupon and they tell me too bad. So I wasted my lunch and have to tell my roommate that I dont have dinner for her. On top of that the owner tries explaining his net and gross profit to me. Wasted my whole lunch for nothing

        Typical cheap owner who doesnt honor coupons or work with customers. Very very rude and is only worried about money, losing money in the long run because of it. I will never give this man business again.
