While under contract, we came up againt several unforeseen obstactles which led to some very hard negotiations. Excellent personalized service with care: Valerie was very knowledgeable of the market and helped us price our house just right! She was helpful through the process of selling, even helping us stage the house and organizing aid for us from cleaning windows for pictures to some yard work. We would definitely use her again after both buying a house with her in 2016 and selling it in 2021. She is quick to respond to questions and very knowledgeable.
