I sent a written request for counseling services to this office on 11/28 and failed to receive any response. Pretty bad for someone needing therapy sessions. UPDATE after response from Elliant- maybe delete the feature from your website that says you can request a call back? That is how I sent the initial request

We have received invaluable assistance which has helped us to process trauma and learn skills that have helped us understand each other and empathized more deeply. Linnaya has a deep understanding of trauma which has been a valuable resource. Working with her has benefited our marriage greatly!

I don't trust easily, and it took decades before I found somebody I was comfortable with. Somebody who not only understood, but also cares. If it wasn't for Linnaya, I probably wouldn't be here.

I have experienced true freedom from issues that have weighed me down for years through the counseling services of Elliant Counseling Services. EMDR, brainspotting, and neurofeedback all sounded so foreign to me when I first became a client. But unlike regular cognitive behavioral therapy...or talk therapy which I had done for years...these techniques actually get to the root of the problem and clear it out. I initially came to Elliant for alcohol abuse issues. I got great help and am now over two years alcohol free. But the counseling has extended into my life as a whole and has positively impacted my depression level and relationships with my spouse, my family and friends, and myself. It is hard work to change, but it has been the best hard work I have ever done. I highly recommend Elliant Counseling Services for anyone willing to change their circumstances.
