        April 11, 2024 We used Bell Plumbing & Electric yesterday to clean out our sewer line. The technician was very professional and thorough. He provided solutions and recommendations that were and will be very helpful. This is the fifth experience weve had with Bell and every one of them has been positive, each resulting in problem addressed and resolved by technicians that are very experienced and customer centered.         I was happy with the service that Bell provided. The plumber and electricians were courteous, cleaned up after themselves. However one of the most important items I requested was left off the estimate. Kind of a pain especially since the services were pretty pricey. The are going to install the item, but if I hadn't brought it up.I would have been out of luck. They apologized for the mix up and will make it right. That's all a customer can ask. Bravo on good customer service Bell.

        I had Bell Plumbing and Heating stop by to diagnose issues with my furnace. I couldnt have found a company more professional. The tech wrapped his shoes prior to entering my home without asking questions, which is one example of delivering high quality. He then took time to diagnose the issues and troubleshoot until he found the solution best for my system in the long term. I will certainly be a customer moving forward.
