Pilates Evolution - A Lagree Fitness Studio

Pilates evolution Southglenn got me through 39 weeks of pregnancy and I was back at 7 weeks postpartum. PE is a place you walk in and instantly feel the good vibes. It is full of phenomenal & caring instructors. The studio recently moved down the street and was completely redone! It is beautiful! Lagree is a life changing workoutespecially at Pilates Evolution!!

Took a class here and loved it! The owner is awesome, and the instructor was excellent in her teachings. For sure coming back!

Cancellation policy is predatory. I totally get no refund for late cancellation, thats understandable! But if you cancel within 2-12 hours of your class, they not only charge you for the class still but also charge an EXTRA 25$ late cancellation fee, which is more than you paid for the class. I got a horrible migraine and had to cancel my class and I know its going to be a $25 late fee in addition to what I already paid for the class. Honestly the cancellation fees will keep me from going to this studio again, which is unfortunate because I would like to have continued here and often do 6-8 classes a month. Im too scared to book in case I have to change the class, because I dont want to go broke in fees that cost more than the class themselves so I found myself just not even booking anymore classes. I would recommend club Pilates for a more understanding and flexible experience!

Love the new space! Owner and instructor so sweet and welcoming. Always a great workout.
