    Tyler is a real joy to work with. I've had almost 40 sessions with him thus far and there are multiple things I appreciate about him: He is very knowledgeable and current in understanding exercise physiology; He continually focuses on proper form and breathing; He is constantly varying the routines and adding new exercises; He keeps you accountable for diet; He encourages without the feeling of being judged. Overall, he is an excellent trainer and I'm seeing the results!

    Tyler is an excellent personal trainer for whatever your health goals may be. He truly takes the time to get to know you and is very knowledgeable. He is able to create dynamic workouts that push you hard while still making the whole experience enjoyable. Tyler is understanding and takes all the appropriate precautions to avoid injury.
