        I called in a few weeks ago to order some paint and was promptly told they didn't have it. After correcting the employee (Marshall I think... guy who looks like a washed out contractor) and giving him the color code cc-10 to the color he "didn't have", he found it and suddenly there were a few people ahead of me... while I'm trying to place a paint order I'm going to pay for, so I told him I'm going to come by. I stop by and the employee tells me he's busy and while I'm waiting for him, he starts helping people who came into the store AFTER me. Never had this much trouble buying paint before, so I'll be shopping everywhere but here for paint moving forward. The paint however, is excellent, highly recommend it minus the @ experience.
