I saw the ad on TV. They said that Medicare would cover it. On the initial appointment when asked for my insurance cards, I again asked ,"does my insurance cover this, and again they Said yes. So I made appointments for a ultrasound and biopsies. Two weeks later I go in for biopsy results. After discussing the results, they recommended a schedule of 13 weeks of treatment. When asked how much insurance would pay, they informed me Medicare does not pay for this. Seems like a bait and switch to me. Did they know my Medicare wouldn't pay all along?. Not happy with them.

I made an appointment with them. Then I kept receiving texts reminding me of the appointment, except with the wrong time! I called and texted the company the day of the sppontement asking for clarification of the time. They never responded to any of my inquiries! This is a fraudulent company! If they think they can not trap you with their unapproved treatment, they just ignore you! Don't waste your time! If you have a knee problem, seek professional treatment by a licensed phisician!
