Bill is an absolute ROCKSTAR! We connected with him through our Relator and we could instantly see why he is her go-to mortgage broker. We were using a VA loan to get into our first home and admittedly had no clue what we were getting into. Wed talked to a couple other lenders and they were uniformly pushy and condescending. We didnt have a lot of trust in them but just thought that was how it was. We couldnt have been more wrong! Bill takes his time to explain things thoroughly and correctly. His honest and open discussion about what we can realistically expect in this market was refreshing and encouraging--even though we werent dealing with the biggest budget. He plainly said that he wanted us to get into a place we loved and to do it without being house poor just to get into something. He kept up communication regularly with my partner, myself, and our Relator to make sure we were heading on the right track at all times. He works with multiple lenders so he was able to leverage his network and experience to get us a great rate and into our new home. Bill was there every step of the way with details and explanations for anything that we had questions on. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated that. When it came to submitting offers, he got our Relator the information she needed to make our offer as attractive as possible and really worked with us to make our new home a reality. If youre looking for someone who knows his stuff, communicates regularly and clearly, and is just a pleasure to talk to, Bill is your person! I cannot recommend him enough and we will definitely be using him when we decide its time for an upgrade. He is the absolute best!
