        Jesse Toquinto is by far the worst mortgage consultant we have ever encountered. He is extremely unprofessional, lazy and disorganized. He always gives us conflicting information, but this last time was the last straw for us. He called my husband and gave him misinformation regarding an appraisal value for a house (we thought we were getting an amazing deal) and it turns out he was completely incorrect and lied to us regarding the value of the house. We also always have to reach out to him first in order to receive timely information; he rarely takes initiative to contact us. We will definitely never be working with him again, we recommend you stay far away if you are looking for a consultant!

        Ramon was fine and did a fine job. Laying him off in the middle of this transaction was the wrong thing to do and at the closing table the closing documents were incorrect which caused a 45 minute delay while we were sitting at the closing table.
