Turned my legal parenting plan in, showing I have full custody of my kiddos through Douglas county courts (since 2018) & they’re claiming it to be fraud. They said because it is hand written and not signed by a judge (no where for judge to sign on parenting plan, i turned in the divorce decree that my parenting plan is attached to the same case number) As i try to explain to them, they decide to tell me we are jot a good fit. I will be will contacting a lawyer to discuss my 9 year old daughter being turned away for absolutely no reason. I cant imagine this is legal.
