PLEASE READ: This is a perfect example of why negative Google reviews are meaningless and pointless when it comes to online reviews and determining if a business is good for you. We decided to stay longer for lunch on Friday, as we were taking the team out for lunch. We were late getting back from lunch. This nice person left a negative review because Google said we were going to be there. I am not sure what business updates their hours on Google if they keep the team longer for lunch than Google says. This person almost seems like a setup don’t you. There was no appointment for this person; we did not miss any appointments. No phone call. Never spoke. I would just look at the explanation of the positive reviews as if this is what Google allows for a negative review, how does this help anyone other than to make a Karen feel better. Think about it: This person left a Google review because we were out to lunch longer than google says. This person actually believed that businesses follow generic Google time preference and this person actually believed everything they read on Google. How arrogant does a person have to be to leave a negative review because we were out to lunch, with no phone call first and no appointment? They want to hurt someone's business because they went to lunch early and did not update Google hours. I am sorry but Google does not dictate our business. I would not believe everything you read on google, that is for sure. This person needs a divorce attorney and does not care about the good work we do. Does not read our extensive positive reviews, from people who we have actually represented and not just mad because we were not here to be their servant on demand, from people that actually care about fairness. People like this purposely tries to harm any business they deal with by leaving negative google reviews for no real reason; Like they are out to lunch and not here to serve me; off with their heads. Never called us. Never spoke to us, never gave us a chance, we only see people in the office by appointment, but a person like this does not understand nor care, wonder why. She says that not what it says on google so we are given a negative review, no matter the good works we do for other, read the reviews of people who actually work with us. I think these days to get a proper perspective of a business read the review of people who were actual clients and not the first of people who don’t like the outcome are someone who so angry with life that they leave a negative google review if someone is not there to serve them. Does not matter if we only take appointment to see a lawyer as its not common that someone can just walk into a law firm, with no appointment, without calling ahead first to walk right in and demand to see a lawyer and by golly if no one is here to service me I'm going to try and ruin your business. This is what google review has become. I am not sure what kind of person believes everything they read on google. I am sure we dodged a bullet on this case. Pretty apparent why they are looking for a divorce attorney. No normal person leaves a negative google review because we were out to lunch without even calling ahead. Still sounds like a setup to us. I mean what kind of person does not just pick up the phone and make an appointment or call to see if we are back from lunch. How does someone have time to sit around and give business negative google review for this. Absolutely pathetic. Google reviews have become a joke and have absolutely no reflection of the service provided only a great example of how Terrible this person's perspective on life is. I mean really this is what this person goes around and complains about. It's not what Google said so I give you a negative review. I hope this person gets their just reward, and we will pray for such. God help us.
