        DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. This agency induced my client to break her contract with my business. Not only that, they gave that client the incorrect information regarding her claim and her policy provisions that is going to cost her thousands of dollars. The client broke my contract and then lied to her credit card company about the amount that was owed back to her in a refund causing all of my business accounts to have to be frozen while I proved the client had provided me a written statement that she was aware that she was not owed a full refund. This agency should not be interferring with anyone else's contract and they certainly did not give the right advise to their insured.
