Dairy Queen (Treat) - Temporarily Closed

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Went in last week for my birthday with my son who is 5 to get some ice cream together and the lady who was working on the 28th of July around 5-6pm was super rude to my son and I! I ended up walking out and going to another ice cream joint WHO WASN'T RUDE and knew great customer service. I will not be returning to this location again.

While the ice cream is delicious is does not make up but the rude young lady behind the counter. She was very condescending to us. Her words may have been polite but the way she said them was extremely rude.

I don't know the name of the manager, but the female manager with brown hair that was working tonight (8.13.2020), my kids and I have now dealt with her 3 times & each time has been the absolute worst experience we have had in any business, ever. Extremely rude to my children and have denied us the proper sizes and ingredients as ordered, simply because it was heard & entered incorrectly. Piss poor customer service. We will likely not he returning to this location unless she is no longer there. Which is a shame considering we live within walking distance. Will be getting in touch with corporate about this issue soon. She is bringing down their business in ways I cannot even fully explain.

I truly do not often give bad reviews, but this store will be my exception. I went to buy a birthday cake for my co-workers on Tuesday on my lunch break. Who doesn't love an ice cream cake? The staff was incredibly rude my whole visit. I could not believe the awful service I had along with everyone else who came to order in the 10 minutes I was there. I asked the person who was taking my order if I could have something written on the cake, she replied "what do you want?". When I asked if I could write it down she rudely rolled her eyes and said "Just tell me what you want". After I told her she then had to ask me how to spell names and then another girl had to come over to me to ask me what I wanted written on the cake. I will not be going back to this location. If you enjoy friendly customer service, this is not the place for you.

I went in for just a drink; I had my mask on but kept being asked to shift my position in the store! I realize that social distance is important right now but I refuse to be treated like the Covid-19 virus itself rather than a human being!! Rude and not understanding staff!!!
