This is our second time doing business with Woodleys. We should have learned our lesson the first time. I'll say, our furniture is beautiful, but overpriced. Dealing with this team is less than desirable. Sale 1-Our salesperson messed up on the quote and left off a section of the sofa. Then came back nonchalant telling us we owed $3000 more for her mistake. When I told her no, just cancel the order that's outside our budget she responded with "that's fine, we aren't making any money off you anyway". Manager made this right which is why we decided to give them another chance. Huge mistake. Sale 2-Our salesperson promised us the world including 0% financing and 4-6 week delivery at the most. He then quit, with no followup. Our table took 4 months, and when the delivery guy dropped it off, we had to pay the balance because he never submitted the finance paperwork with all our personal information. Won't be back. I advise you to shop elsewhere with more competent employees.
