        After being turned away from a prior reservation at a competing extended stay due to having a pitbull (3 legged rescue no less), this hotel welcomed me with open arms. I had just closed on my house (14+ hour day) and literally had nowhere to go when I walked into the lobby here. The gentleman who helped me was a night to day difference from the first place I was turned away from (after having my reservation for over a month). Thank you.

        The views of the mountains are spectacular. The location is nice. The area is very clean with many trees and grass along the roads and around the businesses as well making it very relaxing to drive anywhere you go. Rooms: The studio is nice with a kitchen. It's like a small apartment. Nearby activities: It's near Cherry Creek reservoir and has many trails. It has all the stores, restaurants and other services within a short distance making it a very convenient place to stay Safety: Has cards to enter the building as well a your room.

        My room was full of roaches , very disgusting, dont ever get a room here , my smell on the 3rd floor is outrageous
