        This company charged $1200 for a site visit offering no engineer report. I had another job and used crown jade. They charged 600 and got the report the next day. Knotts also takes about 3 to 4 weeks just to get a simple report.

        Updated 6-11-23 I am on the fence with Knott's labs BUT they have stepped up and kept their promise of staying in communication. I will update this in 2 weeks as My Lowe is working on correcting mistakes made by the previous owners of this company.... Let's see if they will make things right or not.

      Hi David, We very much appreciate the feedback, of all kinds. As with every project, we work hard to understand the client's needs and to develop a mutually-agreed upon strategy to ensure those needs/objectives are met. In each case, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality engineering services.
