Without a doubt the worst, the most incompetent, most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I used their store locations, with ok results. They then switched to pick-up/drop off service. Three out of the 4 times I put my laundry out, it was not picked up. The only time they did pick-up, they did not return the next day. I called and got some weak excuse as to why. My shirts did come finally back a day late. So, based on their poor performance, I stopped put my shirts out. Got a call Sunday evening telling they would be by Monday to pick up. Ok, I'll gave they one more chance. Put my shirts out at 7:00am. Got home from work at 7:00pm. Guess who still had a bag of dirty shirts? Stay away from these guys at all costs. Terrible. Awful. Horrible. They deserve to go bankrupt.

Such a poorly run business. I have been taking my clothes here for the last 4-5 years mainly because the location is really close to my house. The people that work there have always been pleasant to deal with for the most part. Recently, without notifying any of their customers OR their employees apparently, Heritage changed overnight from a drop off/pick up at store location service to all home pickup and delivery. Nobody at the store could answer any questions because they were all notified the same time the customers were, but it sounded like a decent change, so I gave it a shot. First, my bag of clothes sat on my porch for 4-5 days because they never came to pick the clothes up as scheduled. Frustrated, I took my bag of clothes to the store location and they all sounded shocked that "he" never came by. They assured me they could still take my bag and have the cleaned shirts delivered to my house within a few days. Well, a week went by.. and nothing. My wife called every number she could find online for Heritage and almost all were disconnected. She left 3-4 messages at the actual store by our house and nobody ever called back. Finally, after about a week of this, she got ahold of someone at their main location and the lady went from saying "we're trying out best to locate your clothes" to "oh, they're right here in my office." A few weeks prior to this, they tore a huge hole in a $60 shirt of mine, so they gave me a store credit. After the debacle with the lost bag of clothes, they gave me another $30 store credit. Even though I have $90 in credits for dry cleaning, I'll just count my losses and not take my chances using this company again. Keep the $90!

I went here to pick up a dress that a friend of mine left there when she moved out of state. They had to clean it twice because they didn't do it right the first time. Then they said they would mail it to her but they never did. So, a few months later, I went to get it. There was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed and because I had nowhere else to be, I sat in my car and waited. I watched a couple of other potential customers come and go. When the gal finally came from the back and opened the door, I went in. I was almost choked by the smell of smoke and I asked her if she had closed to have a smoke break. She was so rude that I couldn't believe anyone would hire her to a position dealing with customers!She told me that the dress had been sent to their Highlands Ranch location and she told me to go get it there. I told her I wasn't going to go to Highlands Ranch - especially during rush hour - so she told me to come back later. I waited a day and then went back. She was still very rude but did give me the dress. When I looked at it there were still spots on it but there was also an ink mark where they had put the receipt on the dress and then written on it but went off the paper. When I asked for a refund she told me that wasn't going to happen because they already cleaned it twice.I have used a lot of cleaners in the Denver area (I'm a native) and have never come across any as incompetent as this one. I also can't believe they would hire such a rude employee.If you value your clothing - don't take it here!
