Richard A. Murdoch, DDS

I am sad to leave this review, but do not come to this dentist if you do not have delta dental insurance. We called to make an appointment and were told that they took our insurance by Judy Ann at the front desk. We received a large bill and come to find out our insurance was out-of-network. Dr. Murdochs office when we called to clarify said this was a mistake and we were in-network. The next week they lied about this, saying that they told us when we first inquired that our insurance was out-of-network. They lied repeatedly to cover their mistake and would not make it right. They ended up telling us that they tell everyone that they take all insurances even if they are out-of-network and even if it is simply medical insurance. I am honestly blown away by the experience that weve had here. We have nothing bad to say about Dr. Murdochs work, but the office staff seriously messed this up and refused to acknowledge their mistake.

Unfortunately, Dr. Murdock is not in-work for our new insurance. We will miss him and his great staff.
