Our family recently relocated from Florida and had to search for childcare for the first time. As soon as we walked into The Learning Experience in Centennial and were greeted by Terra, Mariah and staff we knew that we wanted to enroll our daughter. The care for the children, consistent communication and attention to detail separated TLE apart from the other centers we visited. Our daughter loves the twaddler classroom and her amazing teachers Angelica and Rheanna! If you are looking for childcare our family highly recommends TLE!

Our son Lucas has been going here since he was about 3 months old and is now 18 months old. The teachers and staff are great to work with. They update you with how hes doing, any concerns they have, the tons of artwork he does, what he eats, when he goes potty, pictures of him interacting with other kids, and overall are very friendly to talk with. I believe that hes well cared for and that he enjoys coming here. The organization has events, does parents night out, teacher of the week, and much more. Overall, they are great people and we couldnt be happier.

Terra is amazing and so easy to talk to when it comes to what my child needs! She always lets me know of new and exciting things within the center. I love TLE for its experience for my littles and how they teach them new things everyday.

We were extremely nervous to go from a most of thr week nanny to daycare, but it seemed like daycare would be the best socially for our kiddo. We toured three other daycares; one we refused to touch anything because it was very dirty, one sparkling clean but ridgid and sterile, and one that was just a haphazard mess. THEN we toured The Learning Experience. It has all the things we were hoping for; a clean environment, friendly staff, rooms that were clean but had signs that staff had the freedom go make signs and have fun and not be strictly governed by a corporate policy to the Nth degree. We sent our child there and we have never looked back. Best decision we could have made. Our child has thrived there... she comes home from "school" everyday happy and cheerful. Often many hugs are given to staff on the way out the door... my 2 year old says goodbye to each member by name and has multiple times tried to stay longer. In the morning she makes sure to go see office staff and they are very friendly and they are so supportive and good to them. Truly, cannot speak highly enough about this school. Update: it has now been 2 additional years since the last review and we are just as happy, if not happier, than we were the first review. We have now have a second kiddo at the center and both are thriving at TLE. They have a core of excellent staff and we continue to be very happy with our decision!

I highly recommend you DO NOT send your child to this school. When I first took a tour, I felt that none of the teachers looked remotely happy to be there as not one smiled as I walked around the building with the Assistant Director. During my tour, I pointedly asked about cameras as I wanted the option of camera review should something happen during the day and we needed proof. I asked the Assistant directly if they had recording cameras and were able to look back should an incident occur, and she shook her head yes therefore implying that they did. She also mentioned there were incident reports when something happens. After thinking through everything, I decided to give the center a chance. My child only attended from mid September 2022 to the first week of October 2022. He screamed badly each time I left him and I assumed this was just the normal for a child his age (2.5) who is new to daycare. However, each time I picked him up he always cried badly and he always had a dirty face as if he wasnt being wiped up after meals. When his dad returned from a long trip at the end of September he joined me in picking him up one day and our son ran to him looking terrified. My husband mentioned this and the teacher just looked at him but said nothing. We left feeling a bit uneasy but we still let him attend school the following day and then the following Monday. On the Monday when I picked him up, I took him home and was giving him his evening bath when I realized he had bruises on both of his arms in the same spot as if someone squeezed him. We immediately scheduled an appointment for the following day and the pediatrician confirmed that the bruises looked as if someone did squeeze him tightly. She recommended to talk to them immediately so we went to the school right after and the Assistant Director told us she would speak with the teacher and call us. Before we left we asked if any incident report was filed and she said no, and then asked if she could check cameras and she said they didnt have recording cameras (which means she lied during the tour). We waited over 24 hours for a response and we ended up having to call them to see what his teachers response was. They of course told us we would get a call back so more waiting. When the Assistant finally called back, she said the teacher claimed it was a young boy who squeezed our son who previously had some problems in the class, but we didnt buy it as our pediatrician said these bruises would have been caused by someone squeezing with force. A kid would have or should have been stopped long before he could make marks like that. Also, when we finally got a written incident report many days after the incident occurred, the report stated another kid pushed him. How does pushing cause bruising in that way? Also, the report was done and signed by the Assistant Director and not the teacher. Also notable to mention is the next day when putting him to his nap, he stood up in his bed and started stomping on his stuffed animal saying go to sleep, which made me extremely distressed thinking his teacher was forcing him to lay down. He rarely watched TV at that point and never was exposed to violence so this was very disturbing to witness. Luckily everything we have is documented from photos to the doctor visit. We obviously unenrolled him immediately and we only got a partial refund months after the fact even though he only attended a couple days that month. Overall it was horrible communication and very suspicious circumstances surrounding my sons bruises. If you still want to send your kid here after reading this I strongly advise you to ask a lot of questions and be cautious!
