Kelly and the staff are awesome. My kids were so nervous at first but its been less a month and they no longer cry at drops and they are so happy and engaged when I pick them. Im very grateful to have my babies at Callan Rose.

We've had our son at Callan for 2 years now and we couldn't be more pleased. I typically wouldn't write a review while we are still here but I found the most recent review to be unfair. Kelly and Chanelle have done a phenomenal job during Covid, they have managed to keep the center functioning well with rules from the county and employee teachers that genuinely care for the children. With that said, we haven't gone without issues at Callan but Kelly has addressed each issue in a timely manner and with a lot of respect. I would recommend Callan to anyone.

We've attended 2 yrs now. 4 yr old daughter, 11 month old son. Daughter has only had good things to say about all teachers and kids. We feel the staff has handled the pandemic well, with minimal positive cases. Kelly and Chanelle seem supportive of parents and staff concerns. Kids seem to enjoy learning and daily activities. Have seen some former staff back at holiday events, which was cool. Staff has always been very professional around us and we appreciate them a lot.

My child attended Callan Rose for about a year, during the pandemic. For the most part, we were relatively content with the school. It's in a good location, it looks clean and pretty well organized. However, as mask mandates were implemented per local statute, there were many many occasions where I personally witnessed teachers and front office staff in non-compliance. I also saw several parents who repeatedly did not comply. This is frustrating when these are small children who cannot be vaccinated against Covid-19 due to their age, and as their parents, we have no choice but to continue going to work and sending our children to daycare. To the school's credit, they did offer a few tuition discounts when classrooms had to close due to exposure. I do not agree that the front office staff were overly friendly. They were polite if you had a question or concern, but we regularly were not even greeted when we arrived. There were also several occasions when the front area was completely devoid of staff, and that is definitely a safety concern. I completely understand that the pandemic has brought unique challenges, but overall, this place was not the best. Not horrible (as in I was never horrified by anything or concerned for my son's well being (beyond the masking issue)), but not great either.
