I just started my daughter at Willows but I can already see a difference! She comes home so happy and excited to go back the next day. From their amazing playground to their fabulous teachers. My daughter is 2.5 years old and they are teaching her how to write her ABCs and have a choir concert coming up! I am so happy I made the choice to come to Willows!

Our child was supposed to start school on Monday after we were accepted back in April for a fall start. The Willows provided a 1 day notice stating they couldn't accept him due to staffing shortages. We withdrew him from his other school knowing we had a spot. The Willow's has unfortunately put many families in a terrible position. I understand staffing shortages can happen, but they knew this was an issue for a while and still led families on.

My 3 kids have attended Willows for the past two years and we absolutely love the school. The teachers and staff are friendly and amazing. The swimming program is to die for. The food they provide is high quality and they're very accommodating with my gluten-free child. They go on fun field trips. I can't say enough good things about the school!

Beware that your child's enrollment is not guaranteed until you actually start class even if told otherwise. We enrolled my daughter in Pre-K with the Willows back in June to start in Fall after being on a waitlist for several months and everything seemed to be in place. We were told that we would expect to receive a Welcome Packet in the mail by the beginning of August.  By the 2nd week of August, there was still no packet so we called and Monica, the Center Director, told us not to worry and that we would eventually receive the packet. The semester was starting on 8/29/22 and by the 3rd week, we still hadn't received anything. This is when I started to fear that we actually did not have a spot.My wife called Monica again on 8/17/22 and they said that they had mailed it out the day before. Still no packet in that week. Today is 8/25/22, and my wife called and talked to Monica again this morning and she once again reassured us that our daughter was properly enrolled. Well, at 3:23pm today, we got an email stating that "Due to a recent change in our staffing situation, we will not be able to accommodate any new families at this time." Imagine our horror... My daughter was supposed to start school on Monday and now we were left with nothing. She was so excited but I had to tell her that she wouldn't be going to a new school on Monday and we don't know what's going to happen with her school situation. Never mind finding a new school, we now also have to figure out daycare since both my wife and I work during the week.Looking back, they knew that my daughter was not going to start which is why they never sent a Welcome Packet or any email communications regarding the Teacher Meet and Greet that was supposed to be on 8/26/22. Monica basically led us on and gave us false reassurances instead of just being honest and warning us that there might be a possibility that my daughter wouldn't have a spot in the school. It is now the night of 8/25/22, and I am up at night researching preschools that might have availability for my daughter. Months of research in the past and being on a waitlist basically amounted to nothing. I'm not going to lie... being hung out to dry two business days before the semester was supposed to start is really unprofessional. We did hear today that a corporation bought over all the Willows locations, which kind of explains why this happened. I guess they wanted to cut costs right away and let go of some staff, and decided not to accept any new students so they can start bumping up their tuition.Bottom line is if you decide to enroll in Willows, make sure you have a back up enrollment at some other location because you might get screwed over by Willows two business days before your child is supposed to start.
