These guys were super helpful. Got me in with no appointment, and figured out the problem with my printer in about 10 minutes.

Was a good experience at first, then I had to find my own paper work in their office ! The place is trashed unorganized then got home and my cord was not with my machine. I asked them to fix the problem. The guy told me to drive back to come get it (FULLY KNOWING I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY ). Horrible customer service ! I demanded he send it to me he acted childish and not business savvy at all.. I'll never use them again. I'm turning them into BBB.

I have been here more times than I wanted getting some old laser printers fixed. They did a great job, and they stand behind their work. To eliminate some of my problems, I just leased a machine from them, and the support has been out of this world. They jump when I call, and make sure my leased machine runs smoothly and never runs out of tone. Great team to deal with.

***Warning. This merchant has engaged in illegal business pricing practices with myself. It is highly recommended you do not go here. See the review below for details.*** I brought my Xerox printer in shortly after it stopped printing more than one page. I had already brought the printer in once when there was a paper jam I couldn't clear that they did for me. They offer a flat fee if they can fix it without parts, but then would provide a quote if parts are needed. So I knew it would be more than the $100ish it cost to clear a paper jam. I dropped it off and explained the issue. The receptionist was out, so one of the repair guys was helping me, and we both agreed parts would be needed. I filled out a form and went over the process about how their labor is a flat rate and then they would call with an estimate for the parts the following week. 10 days later I received a text from an unknown number asking me to call them about the printer. After a couple of phone calls, I left a voice mail for the tech working on the printer who then called me back on the following Monday. When I did talk to him, all he had to say was he couldn't get the printer taken apart without breaking it, Xerox didn't make parts for it, and he'd need to contact third parties to get a quote. (The repairman also kept insisting on texting me even though I kept asking for phone calls. ) I then called and complained to their service manager who immediately apologized and said there should be no reason to break a printer. He was going to have a different repairman work on it and call me back. Again after waiting longer than promised for a call back and a quote, I finally got a call back but from the same technician who tried to break the printer. After he was done complaining about having to work on the printer for some time, he told me they couldn't obtain the part to fix it. He proceeded to offer inappropriate solutions that would make things worse. He then went into complaining about having to put it back together. He requested to not put it back together with again inappropriate resolutions. However I realized the gear is most likely all plastic, so a replacement could be 3D printed. Between a combination of realizing how simple it was to get a new part and how horrible the technician was, I said he didn't have to put it back together and he could just put the parts in a box. When I went in to pick it up, I asked if I could bring it back if I had difficulty putting it back together after I replaced the part myself. She at first said she didn't see a problem with that. Then after taking maybe 10 minutes to find my printer, came out with a big box of parts. (This next part is the illegal part.) She then told me she talked to the technician and it would take him about 4 hours to put it back together and it was going to be over $600 if I wanted them to put it back together. I brought up that their flat fee included all labor hours and only parts were extra. She responded it was only a diagnostic fee. (I do have proof showing that what they initially told me is what is correct, even from multiple years. ) I also brought up that they should have known if they couldn't get parts before disassembling the printer in such a manner, and that they knew parts were needed when I dropped it off. I left having to wait for another call from their service manager as I was upset that they would do something so underhanded. I received a call and voice-mail as I missed his call, but he seemed eager to remedy the situation. I called back, but no one picked up. After waiting more than a week for a callback without receiving one, I decided to finally leave this review. It's been almost a month for my one week repair job (which I had to pay upfront.), and all I have to show is a box of parts that was once my printer. They didn't even keep the ink separate so ink is all over most of the parts now.
