Adam and Jessica went all out to find me a spot to conduct my new business that would help us thrive and meet our specific requirements! We scoured the best options all over town and then Adam showed me the Penthouse and found a spot that we loved. And then they found us a way to make it work and successfully negotiated a lease that we can thrive with. Isaiah Mayfield @ Hoff & Leigh has represented me in two commercial lease transactions. His communication and thoughtfulness is extraordinary. It felt like he was aware of potential risks and was able to present those in a way that was objective and reasonable. His willingness to jump-in and help, sometimes on short notice, was great. He clearly knows central Denver and the western 'burbs very well (and may know many other parts of the City too). The people on the other side of the transaction seemed to really appreciate and respect him. He shows-up early and does what he says hes going to do, when he says hes going to do it. I felt like I had excellent representation and will hire him again when the time comes I need help on another commercial real estate transaction.

Shane Robson of Hoff & Leigh went over and beyond the call of duty to help me close on a very light industrial condo sale. He worked through seller financing, foreign buyers and the final hurdle, the title company we were using got hacked the day before closing. Still he persevered and got me through closing. Additionally I will say he was professional, polite and patient throughout the process. If you need a commercial property sold. Call Shane!
