Jeona is such a lovely women and truly has a gift for making brides feel special and heard. I traveled four hours away after visiting multiple bridal shops. I told her what I was looking for in the first dress she picked for me was it! I didnt even try on more dresses after that. She was so kind and inclusive to my guests. I could not recommend her enough!

If i could give her 6 out of 5 stars I would: Jeona is an absolute dream to work with. I was so anxious about going dress shopping but the experience was so amazing. She had me try on every style dress to really determine the best for me. She was so attentive, kept coming back with other options and ultimately picked the most perfect dream dress I never would've thought to pick out for myself but I am so glad she did!! Her boutique is beautiful, the hand chosen selection of inventory was extensive and i was able to yes to the dress the very first appointment. I am so relieved the Universe gifted me her! Update: I literally had the best dream come true day because of my dress selection! It was stunning, comfortable and beyond anything I could have ever wished for. Eternally thankful to Jeona and the beautiful dress she found me.

So I'm in the area on a business trip and decided to do some wedding preparation in my free time. DO NOT book an appointment with this place without a verbal confirmation. The emails that are sent after booking are bogus. I showed up for a same day appointment and the owner was not there. The store was not open even though it was after the listed opening time. No where on the site does it say "by appointment only". After waiting a few minutes and calling the number numerous times, myself and another young lady who was waiting finally got an answer. She told us she only works by appointment only and have to have confirmation. She offered to reschedule me for 1pm. I stayed in the area to wait for her because I found 3 dresses on her site, that I wanted to purchase. I came back to her shop at 12:58pm and even though she was there and seen me standing outside the door after pulling on the door, she would not open the door. It's 34 outside side and the wind is blowing really hard. I had already been outside, in freezing temperatures, for an hour and a half waiting for an appointment that should have been canceled before I left my hotel.... To be left outside like an animal, I knew the customer service would only get worse. Yes, I may not have had on Sundays best because, again I'm on a business trip and did not plan to do any wedding dress shopping. The pure fact that someone would leave their customer outside in frigid weather is pure disrespect. There was no way I could make such a large and important purchase with someone who does not care about their customers. The $10 I paid to book the appointment, is not even worth getting back.

I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Jeona Bridal. My mom and I came on our dress hunt not knowing what to expect, but we found a literal diamond of a store. The whole place was rented out during our appointment, which made everything feel more personal and private. There were a variety of dresses to try on and they even had the exact style that I had been searching for. Every dress was cared for and of great quality, the one I ended up purchasing was even a designer name at an unbeatable price. The owner is very kind and full of helpful tips and advice for your big day. She even did my hair to be able to visualize how the dress would look with a veil and styled hair. She is extremally knowledgeable about the bridal industry and can even provide accurate quotes on alterations/tailoring. If you're looking for outstanding service, a great place to buy an off the rack dress, and unbeatable prices, look no further than Jeona. Update: My wedding was BEAUTIFUL and I'm so glad I bought my dress here!

I highly, highly recommend this store!!! Gorgeous dresses!!! And Jeona was absolutely amazing! It was the cutest store and we had the place to ourselves. If you want special care and to feel like your the only bride in the world, this place is for u! Jeona had so much knowledge on the dresses, styles and fabrics and not only that but she knows all the hair styles and accessories that will add the extra touch to make you feel beautiful on your special day. The owner of this store truly made it a very special experience which was much appreciated for my special dress shopping day. She took so much time and was so very patient with me when I couldn't decide on a dress. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and re try on the ones I loved over and over again and didn't push me to decide. It was truly the best wedding dress shopping experience I could have imagined and wouldn't have been able to get that extra loving care anywhere else. Definitely go here if you are getting married.
