I absolutely love this salon! Danni is very talented and made me feel comfortable right away. She left no strand untouched to make sure she addressed every concern or question that I had. I am so appreciative of her attention to detail to create a work of art in my hair. Brit has created a warm and welcoming environment with skilled stylists who really care about their clients.

I have only ever written a few other reviews before, but I tried to handle this directly a few times. Everyone has had a time they leave the salon and dont love their hair, however this didnt sit well with me. Half way through the service was told the bleach didnt take how she hoped but had another client.. and asked I could come back 2 hours later. She had to re-do the highlight so the top of my head was SUPER bright and had an orange tone while the rest was darker. I paid $220. I went home and I just was not happy with it but going somewhere new was considered a color correction so I asked to come back 3 days later. I now had to correct the top of my head and balance the bottom and was charged an additional $170. The bottom looked great but top was still orange toned. I gave it a full week, but asked if I could come back to tone darker since I have now paid twice and it just didnt blend. She couldnt get me in for a month. I moved my travel plans to make the day she had work, then was told she booked up that day.. Then said I could be squeezed in but would be charged $85 for maintenance when we talked about it being a correction. Its just hair, but I now have breakage and a color that looks further from what I wanted than before I came in for almost $400.

Great hair care, IF you can get an appt. Only got to see Brit once then it was hard to get a follow up appt due to her schedule. Finally got one and they texted me a wk before to move it up two days. I moved my work schedule around to accommodate, then I got another text 32 min before my new appt to say they needed to reschedule again. No openings for the weekend so I would have to take time from another work day to go. Im done, poor business management.

I have been with Brit for 7 years. Great service, great knowledge in hair coloring, and a great atmosphere!!!! Give it a try you are going to love it!!!!
