        Their phone tree system takes 90 seconds of clicking around before the option you need is made. Then youre greeted with annoying flute music and every 5 seconds a voice says theyre sorry. Nobody answers ever. Even when you request a call back with option 5. Nobody will call you. Thats the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE this business wants you to have as your first impression. They cant even staff a receptionist, let alone anyone else.
