Brad has offered his expertise on Colorado's laws surrounding bicyclists to me both in my professional role and when I reached out personally after I was involved in a crash with another bicyclist. Brad was the absolute best lawyer I could have chosen to represent me after a truck hit me from behind while cycling. My body was broken, my bike was destroyed, and my lifelong love of cycling was shaken to its core. Brad is my friend and teammate. On one of our rides, I was hit by a hit and run driver. I suffered multiple life-threatening injuries, hospitalization and expenses. Brad guided my family and I through the unscrupulous world of health insurance company attempts at subrogation, and he was instrumental in keeping payments in my hands, not theirs!
