        I moved to Parkside from Texas in Oct 2022 and absolutely love it here. The front office and maintenance staff are the best I've ever experienced while renting. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the common the grounds are kept very clean and landscaped. In general it's fairly quiet (including inside the apt) and as a single female, I have always felt very safe. Not to mention, I have great neighbors. You won't regret renting here. I'm moving to be closer to friends otherwise I would stay long term.
