        Had an amazing experience at Skechers yesterday with an associate named Brian. He was fantastic in explaining various kinds of shoes so that I could better understand what I was looking for. He brought out the Brannock Device to measure my foot, he stayed near the shoes I was looking to purchase while I ran outside to get my receipt for a pair I was returning, and he patiently made my exchange happen at the register. I'd say he was with me for at least 20 minutes. Throughout the whole time he showed patience, kindness, and a real in-depth knowledge of the Skechers brand! I want to thank Brian for this amazing experience in acquiring my shoes.
