        Whoever rusty is is apparently retarded . Google says open until 1. I put an order in for pick up , app says rusty is preparing my order then says come pick it up. I get there they say they're closed . Apparently the whole opeeetiin is rusty. Who the f closes a pizza place at 12 on Friday? You guys are ridiculous and I'm never coming back after many orders

        Standing here waiting for my order and the manager, Kyle is an embarrassment. Hes screaming at his staff because theres a problem with the order tracker. Rather than calmly and quietly ask if there is an issue hes stomping around making threats to his staff about writing them up. He needs management help stat. Embarrassing for the customers, embarrassing to the staff, and doesnt make them want to work. They had a legitimate reason why the order system isnt working and manager didnt listen. Went straight to yelling. Now Im watching the staff quietly bolster each other.

        I want to give this store a 5-Star review but I cant and only for one reason, or one person, Dan with the long blonde hair. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending, and totally unprofessional. Not just to me though, to every fellow employee I watched him interact with while I stood inside waiting for my pizza. Which the tv said was ready for at least 15 minutes. Connor on the other hand is the redeeming factor. He is the opposite of Dan. The epitome of high quality customer service. He was kind, patient, thoughtful, and professional while Dan was a total jerk to both him and me. Thank you, Connor.

        Ordered online ahead to have it delivered by 5:30pm. Our order was delivered on time, warm and accordance with instructions. The food overall tastes good. The thin crust pizza seemed a little burned and salty but its probably due to our extra pepperoni request and thin crust of the pizza. The cheese bread does look slightly over baked. Really happy we are finally in the delivery zone!
