Activcore Physical Therapy & Performance

I have learned a lot by going to Activcore. My IBS has improved immensely. I have re-learned how to breathe, and it has helped my stress a lot. Dr. West is amazing. She is great with the red rope therapy and dry needling. What a difference! She also includes helpful hints and suggests a few supplements. I wish I had known about this place years ago! It's life-changing!

Dr. Ashlea Lyttle is an incredible PT. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and works to help the unique needs of each individual. She helped me immensely with what was becoming a chronic problem and was integral in my recovery. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been a practicing Chiropractor for 28 years. My body is paying the price for decades of abuse. I had my first treatment with Dr. Ashlea. My shoulders are severely arthritic and have very reduced range of motion. The red cord system is amazing. After just one treatment I had no shoulder pain for the first time in about 3 years. Dr. Ashlea is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and really listens to what you have to say and finds the best treatment for whatever condition you are battling. Karri is passionate about the benefits of low pressure fitness to strengthen the pelvic floor. I enjoyed learning from her and have found improvement in my health from applying the breathing techniques that she taught.

After two pregnancies and c sections my core and pelvic floor were a mess causing almost constant pain for two years. I tried chiropractic, massage and was getting no where. After one treatment I was able to get almost complete relief!!! And the pain was non existent after a few treatments! I was given specific exercises to restore my muscles and target my pain areas! I now feel like I have the skills and exercises tailored to me and my life to be able to continue to work on my core and getting my life back!! Ashlea is amazing and so knowledgeable I would recommend her everyday of the week!!!
