Id give 10 stars if I could. The team at this location went above and beyond for me today. I came in for an oil change that went south quickly. The crew found a mouse had been warming itself under my hood. Then my key fob died (in the bay) and they couldnt restart my car. They sent someone to get batteries to try to revive our car. The batteries didnt end up working but they didnt stop searching for a solution. The whole crew was top-notch. They were patient, professional, and empathetic. I have always had a good experience at this location but today they went above and beyond. Im so grateful.

Ive been here once before and it was good service. However, I came yesterday and there were four new staff that took such good care of meI nearly cried if it hadnt freaked them out. As a woman, you have to prepare often, to be talked to or treated like an idiot with car things or wonder if youre being jerked around with mechanics adding things you didnt ask for. My experience was so far from this! Our van is old and dilapidated and we are taking care of it until it dies but it has a lot of quirks. Not the least of which involving a bear that broke into it this past Friday at 1 am, and tore it up in panic after accidentally shutting herself inside. The van was running badly and it had to do with the oil cap falling off unbeknownst to us. I explained all the quirks and apologized for the torn up foam (and bear smell). At one point (Alex? I apologize that I am terrible with names though I never forget a face) offered to go get the correct oil cap for me, no matter where we could find one (bc one had to be ordered) and in the meantime, he and another kind associate (I am so sorry I forgot your name but I know youre from Utah and so very kind!) asked if they could make the van a little better and Alex explained that it was important to them to make people feel taken care of. They clipped off some foam and material pieces and put the lining back into the doors, and vacuumed most of the van, and helped me throw trash the bear had made out of our stuff. One of them washed my windows. They only charged me for what I asked them to fix; the gentleman was not pushy whatsoever, when I declined some services (bc the van could use more than what was done), and another (Michael?) told me where I could easily find another part for a low cost at a parts store and that hed happily fix it and not overcharge me. They were so respectful and kind and thoughtful. Y'all, I am a Christian mom of five boys, ages 16 yo-9 yo, and the undeserved dignity the employees showed my van and the respect and care they showed *me* was so touchingif I were their mama, Id be proud. Since Covid, I have found that good service and just doing ones job seems to be optional and this restored my hope largely. I tend not to write reviews often but Ive been telling people of this wonderful experience I had and wanted to say sincerely: yall made a difference in my really tough weekend to week (and yes, it was only Monday) and I pray you keep that integrity and amazing service up! Guys were great! Prices were a little steep but I felt better about it after seeing the check they do after. Seemed to have a positive attitude towards making sure everything was running well!
