        The staff is friendly but very disappointed about my ps3. Took my ps3 here months ago. Paid about $150 or more for them to fix it. Just tried to play it (Ive been busy so hadnt had time to play) and its having the same issues even though they said they tested it themselves. Dont recommend going here.

        Man I done been around the block tryna get my phone fixed. Damn battery kept dyin on me and I popped into UBreakifix down at castle rock, man they did me right. Maddison went right into it! Supa satisfied with the service, deez guys know they stuff

        Terrible customer service! I was referred to them by my cell phone provider due to my battery expanding. It turned out my mother board went bad and they could not keep a battery in the phone. I was told that once I had my new phone I could bring back the old phone and they would do a data transfer for me. They never mentioned a fee. When I brought it back they told me there was a fee and they didn't know if they could do the transfer. They called me and said the battery didn't have enough charge and to come back in a week. I came back and it was the same story. They do not want to help you even to put a battery in the old phone for a data wipe.

        My iPhone wasnt charging and thought I was going to need to get a new phone. Brought it to unreal I fix, and they saw the port was just dirty and cleaned it out for me for free no charge.
