Reviews are mostly cliche when left. In this instance, I will I'll try not to do that. The market is definitely turning.. It presented us with a quandary. Interest rates moving up and real estate going down. Like everyone else, we wanted what we remember was the high. Wayne showed us that not only has that ship sailed but if our home is priced at what the market was telling us is the value, we could expect a quicker sale and hopefully outrun the FED bumps. We did do that and shazam we got full price and a quick sale. By doing this from the get go, we only dropped about 5% from the peak. The alternative would have been dropping our price and follow the market down losing 5% each price decrease. We didn't want to hear it but he was right on! Glad we took his advice.
