Dumpling Kitchen

I am beyond excited that there is a dumpling place here in Castle Rock!! We got a variety of dumplings, cucumber salad, and edamame! So good and tasty!!

Not even close to real dumplings. Mushy, way too much water content (tells me they were frozen), and overall not very good. It won't even do in a pinch. People were super nice, but that was it. Flavor in bao bun didn't even taste like it should.

We loved eating here! The food was amazing and the employees were super friendly! We went right at lunchtime so it was a little busy but everyone was so nice we didn't mind at all. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, very nice. I was excited to see dumplings in Caste Rock. However, as some others have said - They were solidly underwhelming. If youve never had Xiao Long Bao in a more authentic environment, these are fine. Not bad. The ChaSiu Bao tasted like they were steamed right from Pacific Ocean Marketplaces freezer. Again; not bad. Just Mid. Ill make the drive to Federal Blvd, the next time the craving hits me, but for Castle Rock clientele - Im sure these dumplings are just fine.

I placed an order to go for xaio long bao and wontons in chili oil. They made it quickly and it was just as hot and delicious as if I had eaten it in the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and the food was incredible. So happy they have a location here in castle rock!
