Janet is a compassionate and knowledgeable agent. She listens to your ideas while making sure you get a customized experience that works best for you and your family. She is sensitive to the importance of finding the right home and isnt afraid to tell you if something seems off. She isnt driven by a paycheck as much as taking great care of her clients. I have worked with Janet through several changes in my life. She took care of me through my divorce making the sale of my home easy and painless even during a slow time in the market. She called me throughout the process to check on how I was doing, not just with the standard updates. She patiently took me to countless houses to find my next home and was a great sounding board when I struggled to make a decision. More recently, Janet helped me with the sale of my home, and my fiances condo as we combined our investments into our new home. She took great care with our sales, negotiated hard, and was honest with us about price adjustments or the quality of the offers we received. She even helped us figure out how to navigate the transition between our sale and new home closing. While we worked with a family member on our new build, Janet was so helpful when that deal started to go sideways. She made time to show up when the other agent didnt. We have worked with Janet on several transactions over the course of 14 years. We have sold/bought personal homes and a few rentals with her. Janets knowledge, work ethic and professionalism made all of our transactions less stressful as we knew we were in good hands. Janet went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. She is attentive and is very communicative if you have questions. She has an amazing team to support the buying or selling process as well, which is helpful. She is the agent one could only hope for, especially in difficult situations. She keeps her cool, and goes to bat for you if necessary. Our most recent transaction was selling a rental property of which we gave her one week notice to put it on the market. She pulled through, as always, working with limited pictures and short notice. Since she priced it right, and we sold it in a day and a half with 2 offers over asking price!! In our current home, she wrote a personal letter to the sellers promoting us as the best buyers. We were able to win the bid (over 4 other people, 2 were cash) by only $500!! Go Janet!! Thank you!!! I cannot recommend her enough if you want one of the best agents in the market.

We have worked with a number of agents in the past. All seemed capable and did a good job. However, Janet is in another league. No comparison. I honestly don't think we could have managed a purchase and a sale in this crazy 2021 market without her expert guidance and cool, calm demeanor. Janet is simply the best. No need to shop around for another agent if Janet is available.

She is always attentive, listens to your needs, provides great advice and went above and beyond to make things right when we had an issue which was not her responsibility and she was not at fault of causing.
